We are seeking a reliable and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our office, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth operations. If you have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors and provide them with a warm welcome
- Answer phone calls
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Assist with data entry tasks and maintain accurate records
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Perform general clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and faxing
- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed
- Maintain cleanliness of the office.
-Help with Salt Float rooms, making sure rooms are ready for patients, Clean room after patient is done.
Skills:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent computer literacy, including proficiency in MS Office Suite
- Experience working in a dental office or medical receptionist role is a plus
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to handle inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Ability to transcribe information accurately
- Effective calendar management skills
